BlazeUp AI Launch Event

Blazeup AI is a groundbreaking AI platform built by Vietnamese talent for Vietnamese businesses, designed to automate complex operational processes. The product launch was a major event, bringing together technology leaders and top enterprises in Vietnam. I led a team to produce a series of motion graphics, including an opening intro and feature videos, to be showcased throughout the event. The goal was to transform complex AI concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand visual stories, allowing the audience to instantly grasp Blazeup's power and value.

The Event: A Story of Impact

To best understand the context of the motion work, here is a recap of the event itself, based on attendee and promotional content.

The atmosphere was electric from the keynote speech, where speakers addressed the pressing challenges in modern HR and Finance management and the pivotal role of AI in solving them. The product demo booths were a major highlight, drawing significant interest as Blazeup demonstrated real-time automation for HR, Payroll, Expense Management, Ticketing, and the Social Hub—their internal social network designed to boost employee connection. The event concluded with a vibrant Networking Session, fostering connections and paving the way for digital transformation partnerships. The key takeaway was clear: Blazeup, a platform "built by Vietnamese for Vietnamese businesses," was not just a product launch, but the beginning of a breakthrough journey.

Feature Video Series

Expense Management

  • Goal: Demonstrate the simplicity and efficiency of managing expenses with just one action, eliminating manual data entry.

  • Video Concept: The video starts with a user taking a photo of a receipt with their phone. In that instant, the receipt image transforms into digital data fields (amount, date, category) that are automatically populated into a digital form. The approval workflow is visualized as a smooth line flowing through managers and ending with a notification of a successful reimbursement. All of this happens with a single action.

Employee Onboarding

  • Goal: Contrast the image of an overwhelmed HR staff with a smooth, efficient onboarding process powered by Blazeup.

  • Video Concept: It opens with an HR character spinning like a top, buried under emails, paperwork, and phone calls, symbolizing overtime and stress. Suddenly, the Blazeup interface appears. With one click, tasks (issuing a laptop, creating an email, sending documents) are automatically assigned. The final scene shows the HR staff calmly drinking coffee, while the new employee happily receives their welcome kit.

Payroll Management

  • Goal: Emphasize accuracy, speed, and the relief it brings to HR and accountants by eliminating payroll errors.

  • Video Concept: A scene of an accountant with messy hair, panicking as they discover a single number error on a massive payroll spreadsheet, causing everything to "fall apart." The screen then shifts. The Blazeup logo appears, and numbers are automatically calculated, verified, and confirmed with 100% accuracy. The video ends with the employee receiving a notification of their salary being paid on time and the accountant's relieved smile.

Ticket Management

  • Goal: Visualize a seamless support process, from creating a request to its resolution, giving employees peace of mind.

  • Video Concept: An employee is working when a problem occurs (website down, computer not working), disrupting their workflow. The character quickly opens Blazeup and creates a support ticket "in a flash." The video animates the ticket being automatically routed to the correct IT department. The ticket's status is updated in real-time (Received -> In Progress -> Completed). The final scene shows the issue resolved, and the employee continuing their work seamlessly.

Time & Leave Management

  • Goal: Show the convenience of requesting time off without missing clock-in, and the fast approval process.

  • Video Concept: An employee plans a vacation. They open Blazeup and select "Casual Leave." The request is instantly sent to HR and their manager. Green "check" icons appear on the HR and manager's avatars, indicating approval. The final scene shows the employee happily leaving on vacation, while the system has automatically recorded the leave without affecting their attendance record.

Social Network

  • Goal: Show that Blazeup is not just a work tool, but a space for connecting employees, partners, and clients.

  • Video Concept: The video starts with two parties (an employee and a client) just signing a digital contract on Blazeup. The screen then shifts to an internal social network interface. The two characters "check in" together at a location, post a photo, and receive congratulations from colleagues. This illustrates how a business partnership has turned into a friendship.
